A. Once you have all your materials ready, you can create an instructor account and submit your course for review. After you submit your profile, we have to make sure our students have access to fully-qualified instructors and quality learning experiences, so the review process may take a few weeks.

A. We will email you a PDF file of the certificate once you have completed your course.

A. Yes, We issue both full and partial refunds. It depends on how much of the course you take and how soon after enrollment you change your mind.
