In this improving mental health and wellbeing course, we will look at your life and its PAST, your story, and what has brought you to this point. In the next section, we will work with your PRESENT, and improving it with activities such as hypnosis, self-love, self-care, taking inventory of your life and where it is now. In the third section, we work with your FUTURE and what you want it to look like, future relationships, future career, your future situation.
There will be a follow-up session to check in on the client.
